Thomas Phelan
Originally from Sun Valley, Idaho, my roots are deeply planted in the mountains and the thrill of competition. Growing up as a competitive mogul skier and tennis player, I learned the value of discipline, focus, and perseverance—traits I bring into every real estate transaction. Westminster College initially drew me to Utah, and after spending 14 years in Salt Lake City, I now consider Utah home. With over 100 transactions in the past 10 years, I bring a wealth of experience to my clients. Having owned properties myself, I approach each deal as if it were my own investment—focusing on both the financial and aesthetic aspects of every home. I believe that the right space has the power to transform lives. I have a unique blend of patience and aggressiveness that allows me to navigate the negotiating table with precision. When I’m not negotiating deals, I can be found enjoying the mountains I love—hiking with my two dogs, Desmond and Deebo, or searching for the perfect line to ski at Snowbird.
Lauren Fisher
Raised in small town of 5,000 people in northern Minnesota, I have always been passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their lives. After completing my high school education, I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from North Dakota State University (NDSU), graduating at just 20 years old. My journey in the medical field began as an ICU Registered Nurse, where I dedicated three years to providing critical care and support to patients and their families. However, my entrepreneurial spirit and love for real estate eventually led me to pivot my career. I became a licensed real estate agent, driven by my enthusiasm for finding great deals and alleviating the stress often associated with buying or selling a home. In this role, I thrive on the art of negotiation and the joy of working with amazing clients. Each day presents a new opportunity to meet fascinating people from all over the world, making my work not just a career, but a fulfilling passion. Whether I’m guiding first-time homebuyers, investors, or helping sellers navigate the market, I am committed to ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience for everyone involved.
