Thomas Phelan
Originally from Sun Valley, Idaho, his roots are deeply planted in the mountains and the thrill of competition. Growing up as a competitive mogul skier and tennis player, he learned the value of discipline, focus, and perseverance—traits he brings into every real estate transaction. Westminster College initially drew him to Utah, and after spending 14 years in Salt Lake City, Thomas now considers Utah home. With over 100 transactions in the past 10 years, Thomas brings a wealth of experience to his clients. Having owned five properties of his own, he approaches each deal as if it were his own investment—focusing on both the financial and aesthetic aspects of every home. He believes that the right space has the power to transform lives. He has a unique blend of patience and aggressiveness that allows him to navigate the negotiating table with precision. When he’s not negotiating deals, he can be found enjoying the mountains he loves—hiking with his two dogs, Desmond and Deebo, or searching for the perfect line to ski at Snowbird.
Lauren Fisher
Raised in small town of 5,000 people in northern Minnesota, I have always been passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their lives. After completing my high school education, I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from North Dakota State University (NDSU), graduating at just 20 years old. My journey in the medical field began as an ICU Registered Nurse, where I dedicated three years to providing critical care and support to patients and their families. However, my entrepreneurial spirit and love for real estate eventually led me to pivot my career. I became a licensed real estate agent, driven by my enthusiasm for finding great deals and alleviating the stress often associated with buying or selling a home. In this role, I thrive on the art of negotiation and the joy of working with amazing clients. Each day presents a new opportunity to meet fascinating people from all over the world, making my work not just a career, but a fulfilling passion. Whether I’m guiding first-time homebuyers, investors, or helping sellers navigate the market, I am committed to ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience for everyone involved.
